My Store is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Our Comprehensive Returns Policy outlines the terms for returning products and receiving a refund or exchange.
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all parts and accessories. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Please initiate all returns through our online returns center on our website. You will need your order number and the email address associated with the order. After completing the online form, you will receive a return label to print and attach to your package. Drop off the package at the corresponding carrier location.
We will inspect the returned item upon arrival. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed.
